Looking for a date-worthy large bakery cafein Paju? A hotplace perfect for soaking in early Christmas vibes, Redfife REDFIFEis where I went. The space is redecorated completely every season, so it's a spot I find myself visiting often.

Located near Lotte Premium Outlets, between the Simhaksan Trailhead and the Paju Publishing Complex, Redfifehas a unique structure — 5 floors on the right and 3 floors on the left of the central roof — with completely different concepts spread across each floor. Bakery, brunch, red burger, hand-drip coffee, and rooftop terrace sunset view — I'll share an honest review with photos in detail.

Redfife is located at 17-7 Jimok-ro, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do, a 5-floor large bakery cafe. Daily 08:30 – 22:00 operating hours, Open year-round, no closing days. With dedicated underground + ground-level free parking, driving over is hassle-free. Bakery + red burger + hand-drip coffee + brunch + rooftop terrace — all under one roof.

Location & Access — Near Lotte Premium Outlets, Simhaksan Trailhead and Paju Publishing Complex

Redfife is located at Lotte Premium Outlets Paju nearby, Simhaksan Trailheadand Paju Publishing Complex between them. It's a great location to combine Paju's hot cafes, outlet shopping and nature trails. By car, follow the signs behind the standalone building to find the free parking entrance. Both underground and ground-level lots are available, so even at weekend peak you have a good chance of finding a spot.

Redfife Building Structure — 5-Floor Concept, Completely Different Vibes Per Floor

Redfife's building structure is a bit unique. With the central roof as the centerpiece, the right side is 5 floors and the left is 3 floors — each floor has totally different concepts, so it feels like the cafe transforms every time you go up a level. I'll walk you through from the 1F bread & drinks counter all the way up to the rooftop sunset terrace.

1F — Bakery Display + Drinks Counter + Christmas Decor + Brunch Zone

1F is a spacious, premium space displaying bread and serving drinks. Modern style with soft lighting — the hotplace vibe hits you the moment you walk in. On weekends the queue gets long enough that a waiting line is prepared.

The space visible right at the 1F entrance has red and green interiorspaired with Christmas trees that create a richly festive photo zone. Very unique design, but the seats are surprisingly comfortable. There's also a red heart + flower wall photo spot — perfect for that one-shot you'll want to post.

The opposite side is a brunch dining spacethat feels like a summer resort. The interior here is genuinely special. Wine bottles on round tables paired with resort-style chairs — two completely different vibes coexist on a single floor.

2F — Wood + Pendant Lighting, Cozy Space Perfect for Dates

2F has uniquely premium tables and sofascreating ultimate coziness. Each section is divided into a unique yet comfortable space so you can enjoy a relaxed date. High ceilings, distinctive lighting at every table, warm wood materials — this is one of my favorite places.

3F — City Skyline View + 3-4F Open Ceiling (Hidden Spot)

Going up to 3F, you find yet another concept. spaces divided nicely for small gatherings, and from the window you get city skyline viewthat's amazing. 3-4F are connected, and the view looking down from 3F over the interior is incredible — you can see all the way to 1F. This is what feels like Redfife's hidden spot.

4F — Red Burger Pickup Counter + Red Columns

4F is where you order and pick up the red burger— separated from the drinks pickup area. Red columns and the PICKUP sign make the space distinctive. This is where you receive Redfife's signature red burger.

5F + 3F Outdoor Terrace — Yellow Chairs on the Rooftop + Sunset, Moon and River View

Redfife's outdoor terrace is accessible from 3F and 5F. They have different vibes and structures. I personally preferred the 3F terrace. Stepping onto the rooftop connected from 3F you'll see yellow chairsright away. Built on wooden decking with layered tiers, it feels very private.

On summer nights here, the sunset turns this place absolutely beautiful — you can see the moon and even the distant river view. The ultimate view spot. Soft lighting paired with the evening sky — perfect for a date, right?

Redfife Honest Review — A Paju Large Cafe Truly Great for Dates

I arrived late in the evening so many breads had already sold out. The one I wanted was gone — a shame, but just looking at what remained was happiness enough. Apple breadwas so cute I stared at it forever. It looks just like a real apple! How are you even supposed to eat it?

Today's menu was sweet, heart-fluttering — Vanilla Latteand Flat White. The vanilla latte was bursting with sweetness from the first sip, while the flat white had a heavier body with less sweetness. Both satisfying — being able to choose the beans was a nice plus.
