The most memorable dish was the spicy seafood braise<\/strong>. Crab and other seafood arrive in a heavy bronze bowl, braised in a punchy, fiery sauce and topped with microgreens for a polished look. It keeps the heat of Korean cooking while plating it in a fine-dining tone, so the “fusion” concept comes through clearly.<\/p>\n
